Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
All services are by appointment only.
For best results, please have at least 2 weeks of hair growth at the time of the appointment.
Please let me know if there are any changes to your medications, medical history or skin prior to your session.
Common waxing contraindications can be reviewed here!
Cancellation policies
I request 24 hours notice for scheduling changes and cancellations. No-shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee, totaling 50% of services booked.
Guests arriving 10+ minutes late will be cancelled as a no-show and are subject to the cancellation fee described above.
Payment policies
All forms of payment are accepted; including cash, check and all major credit cards.
There are no refunds on products or services. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please contact me immediately.
